Add banana, milk of choice, and honey to the blender
Blend on high speed until the mixture reaches a thick, soft-serve ice cream consistency, scraping down sides as needed
Divide the açaí puree evenly between serving bowls
Arrange granola, sliced fresh fruit, coconut flakes, and nuts on top of each bowl in decorative patterns
Drizzle with additional honey or agave syrup if desired
