In a large bowl, whisk together flour and salt
Create a well in the center and crack eggs into it, then pour in half the milk
Whisk the eggs and milk together, gradually incorporating the flour from the sides until a smooth batter forms
Slowly add the remaining milk and melted butter, whisking until the batter is thin and lump-free
Let the batter rest for 30 minutes at room temperature for best results
Heat an 8-inch nonstick skillet or crêpe pan over medium-high heat and lightly butter it
Pour 1/4 cup batter into the center and immediately tilt the pan in circular motions to spread the batter evenly into a thin layer
Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the bottom is light golden, then flip and cook the other side for 30 seconds
Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter
Serve warm with your choice of toppings such as fresh berries, jam, Nutella, whipped cream, or lemon juice and sugar
