Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or directly over a gas flame for about 30 seconds per side
In another skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat and fry the eggs until the whites are set but yolks remain runny, about 3-4 minutes
Place two warm tortillas on each plate and top with a portion of the ranchero sauce
Carefully slide the fried eggs onto the sauce-covered tortillas
