In another bowl, whisk together eggs, yogurt, and warm water until smooth
Gradually mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until you achieve a thick batter consistency
Let the batter rest for 15 minutes at room temperature
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 170°C (340°F) for frying
Using a spoon or specialized loukoumades maker, carefully drop rounded portions of batter into hot oil
Fry each ball for 2-3 minutes until golden brown on all sides, turning occasionally with a slotted spoon
Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil
While still warm, drizzle generously with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon and crushed walnuts
