Heat milk and olive oil together in a saucepan until steaming, then pour over tapioca starch in a bowl and mix well until a sticky dough forms
Allow the mixture to cool for 5 minutes, then beat in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated
Fold in grated Parmesan cheese and salt until evenly distributed throughout the dough
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking tray, spacing them about 3cm apart
Bake for 18-22 minutes until the rolls are golden brown and puffed up
Remove from oven and serve warm while still soft and stretchy inside
