    Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly, then tear into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl

    Dice the tomatoes and cucumbers into uniform chunks, slice the red onion thinly, and add all vegetables to the bowl with the greens

    Cut the French bread into cubes and toss with olive oil, dried herbs, salt and pepper, then toast in a preheated 375°F oven for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy

    Whisk together the Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl

    Slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the vinaigrette
