Boil eggs in salted water for 10 minutes until hard-boiled, then cool and peel
Cook green beans in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp, then drain and cool
Boil potatoes in salted water for 12-15 minutes until tender, then drain and cut into quarters
Arrange lettuce as a base on a large platter or individual plates
Arrange boiled eggs, green beans, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and tuna in sections on top of lettuce
Place anchovy fillets decoratively over the salad
Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt and pepper to make the vinaigrette
Drizzle vinaigrette over the salad just before serving
