Rinse the glutinous rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear, then soak for 30 minutes
Cut the pork shoulder into small cubes and marinate with soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and white pepper for 15 minutes
Soak the dried mushrooms in warm water for 20 minutes, then slice them into strips
In a wok or large pan, heat oil over medium-high heat and stir-fry the marinated pork until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes
Add the sliced mushrooms, Chinese sausage, and chestnuts to the pork, stir-fry for 3 minutes until fragrant
Drain the soaked rice and add to a rice cooker with 600 ml of water, layer the pork mixture on top, and cook until done
Sprinkle with chopped green onions, drizzle with sesame oil, and serve hot with soy sauce on the side
