    Press the firm tofu between paper towels with a heavy weight for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add diced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms, sautéing until softened

    Crumble the pressed tofu with your hands directly into the skillet, breaking it into bite-sized pieces

    Add turmeric, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and black salt to the skillet, stirring well to combine and coat all ingredients

    Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is golden and the vegetables are tender
