Warm the milk to 37°C and dissolve the fresh yeast in it with a pinch of sugar, let it rest for 5 minutes until foamy
Mix flour and salt in a large bowl, create a well in the center and pour the yeast mixture along with egg and melted butter
Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic, then place in a greased baking pan and let rise for 30 minutes
While dough rises, prepare the streusel by mixing flour, sugar, salt, and cold butter with your fingertips until breadcrumb texture forms
Once dough has risen, preheat oven to 190°C and distribute the streusel topping evenly over the dough surface
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the base is golden brown and a skewer inserted comes out clean
Cool for 5 minutes in the pan before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely
