Using Drive to Store and Share Files

Clevada Drive is your personal cloud storage on the portal. Store documents, images, and other files, organize them in folders, and share them with other users.

Uploading files

  1. Open My Clevada and click Drive
  2. Click Upload and select one or more files from your device
  3. Files are stored privately by default - only you can see them

Organizing with folders

Create folders to keep your files organized:

  1. Click New Folder
  2. Give it a name
  3. Drag files into folders, or use the Move option from the file menu

Sharing files

To share a file with someone:

  1. Click the three-dot menu on any file
  2. Select Share
  3. Choose whether to share with a specific user or generate a public link

A public link allows anyone with the link to view or download the file without logging in.

Tags

Add tags to files for easier searching. Click a file, open its details, and add one or more tags. You can then filter your Drive view by tag.

Storage limits

Storage limits depend on your account plan. You can see your current usage in Drive > Settings.
